Surprise Proposal Photography at Gyeongbokgung Palace
Deepan from Singapore contacted me three weeks in advance for his proposal photoshoot in Seoul. We discussed about various locations that have fall foliage as well as historical touch of Korea. We settled on the Gyeongbokgung Palace with colorful trees, lake views, marvelous mountains, and historical architecture. Even though it was too early for fall season yet (early October), we were still able to get the autumn vibes.
At the time of their proposal, it started raining. It was so beautiful and lovely documenting their proposal. Deepan's fiancé preferred more photos in the nature than architecture, so we captured as many autumn and nature shots. :) See their proposal story in pictures below:
Even with all the odds of rain and dark weather, it turned out such a beautiful proposal and I am in love with their gallery. They are such a lovely couple and I wish them all the best for their future. :)
For your proposal photoshoot, I have a few recommendations about the locations.
Royal Palaces (Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, etc.)
Namsan Park, Yeouido Park, Seonyudo Park, etc.
Haneul Sky Park in Spring or Autumn :)
Seoul Forest (Spring season is best)
